Hi Dear Ones,
Dancing is to be a part of worship, it’s not the only thing to do, but as the scripture says there is definitely “a time to dance”.
Psalms 149:3 Let them praise his name with dancing And sing praises to him, accompanied by the tambourine and the harp.
Yes, praise his name with dancing! It is supposed to be a part of worship and has been claimed by some false religions and they derive much joy from it. Now I am reclaiming it for us.
And sing praises to him 🙂
Psalms 150:4 Praise him with the tambourine and the circle dance. Praise him with strings and the flute.
Ecclesiastes 3:4 A time to weep and a time to laugh;A time to wail and a time to dance;
2 Samuel 6:14 David was dancing around before Yehowah with all his might; all the while David wore a linen ephʹod.
Acts 13:22 After removing him, he raised up for them David as king, about whom he bore witness and said: ‘I have found David the son of Jesʹse a man agreeable to my heart; he will do all the things I desire.’
Exodus 15:20 Then Mirʹi·am the prophetess, Aaron’s sister, took a tambourine in her hand, and all the women followed her with tambourines and with dances.
Rejoice and dance with all your might, like David. Praise Yehowah you people!
You can bet Jesus danced at that wedding with his friends. And of course, he’d be perfect at it. The best picture of Jesus I ever saw was him sitting around with the disciples and they were all laughing and having a wonderful time. That is Jesus, and that is how to think of him. Not dour and solemn.
Happy, healthy people
Yehowah is “the happy God” and wants to fill the Earth with happy, healthy people.
1 Timothy 1:11 according to the glorious good news of the happy God, with which I was entrusted.
